This year me and my housemates decided to embark on the ultimate charity challenge, I think even harder than the half marathon I completed in 2013. Instead of attacking 13 miles on foot, we are aiming for 100s of miles on any transport that will have us. That's because we are completing Jailbreak. On the 27th February at 10am we have 52 hours to get as far away from Cardiff as possible and back without using any of our own money. We are going to need to beg, borrow and steal (maybe not that one) to hopefully make it outside of the UK.

We are doing it all in the name of a good cause of course; Student Volunteering Cardiff. They are an excellent charity who work with the elderly, young, disadvantaged and vulnerable members of the community. There do so much positive work in the local area I am honoured to be raising money for such a worthwhile cause. If you would like to sponsor us please click here

I am going to updating you all with what goes on, all the gory details so keep checking my blog for instalments.

If you have any handy tips or advice then we would greatly appreciate it? Or maybe even travel connections? I would love to hear from you!

Lace Bralet - Topshop - £25
Pink Satin Trousers - Misguided - £14
Shoes - Topshop - £45
Oversized black clutch Bag - Dorothy Perkins - £15 (Similar here)

Last weekend was one of my best friend's 21st birthdays, these milestones are a chance for a big reunion so I had to make sure I had a good outfit. This Christmas I have been guilty of over indulging and skipping the gym more times than I care to admit, so I wasn't ready for a dress and I instead opted for a pair of pink trousers I brought from the Misguided sale. I paired these with my favourite shoes that my friends got me for my birthday and a simple bralet.

Are you a fan of the trousers/bralet combo or do you think dresses are always the better route for big parties?
